This ring was created and is being sold as the Debeers Aura Solitaire Engagement Ring. It is a truly beautiful ring that would be practical to wear day in and day out because of the bezel set center diamond. There are no huge bulky prongs on the center stone making it impractical to wear all the time. Plus it has a really low profile, so if you need to slip on a pair of gloves for any reason, this ring will slide right in.

From the Top

What better to kick off this ring than with my very personal favorite diamond shape. The round brilliant cut diamond. A perfectly finished and clean cut bezel setting locks down the center stone, you can barely even see that the bezel exists. Nicely done, I don’t know who sets the diamonds for these guys, but it is some of the nicer diamond setting work that I have seen. The ‘Halo’ on the engagement ring is also set with round cuts in a pave style setting which is essentially 4 little bead shaped prongs per stone holding them in there.

The ring shank

The sides of the ring follow the same styling as the halo of the ring. Both sides are pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds. The bottom of the ring is plain polished metal which makes it easy to re-size in the future.
